WEAR A HAT
In hot weather, it's important to stay hydrated and eat well. Take enough food and water with you.
Protect your head to limit the risk of heatstroke and sunburns (apply sunscreen every 2-3 hours)
Don't forget in your bag:
Sunglasses, survival blanket, a large bottle of water for waiting and a small 50cl bottle to have in the stadium, electrolytes, sweet snacks, a fan (mini fans are not allowed), a wet towel to apply to the body...
Various water points and first-aid stations are available in the stadium.
